Process for New Patients

Step 1

  • Please read the information about Dr. Bastien’s practice and the intake process.

  • If you are interested in potentially seeking treatment with Dr. Bastien, send an inquiry about Dr. Bastien’s services.

  • If you have any questions that haven't been answered after reviewing the website, Dr. Bastien will be happy to respond via email. She will also send you the fee schedule for your reference.

Step 2

  • If you and Dr. Bastien agree that it’s a good fit, a Portal account will be created for you, and a history form and consent documents will be sent (to both you and your teen, if applicable) for your completion.

Step 3

  • Once the documents are completed via the Portal, potential dates for the three evaluation appointments will be provided. Please note that evaluation appointments cannot be scheduled until all necessary documents have been signed.

Step 4

  • After the intake evaluation, Dr. Bastien will share her feedback with you, along with helpful recommendations and resources.

  • If your child’s concerns are within her area of expertise, therapy usually begins 1-2 weeks after the feedback appointment.
